Terms
Last updated 4 November 2026. These terms cover your use of blinkui.com, the Blink UI plugins and the library. By using any of them, you agree to these terms.
Purchases
Licenses are a one-time payment, not a subscription. Lemon Squeezy is the merchant of record: it processes your payment, charges any applicable tax and issues your receipt, and its buyer terms also apply to your order. Prices can change, but that never affects a license you already own.
Your license
What you can do with the items is set out in the license. Free items are covered by the same rules. A license covers the track you bought (Figma, Framer or both) and has a limit on installs. You are responsible for keeping your key private.
Ownership
The Blink UI library remains ours. Your license gives you the right to use it, not ownership of it. Your own designs and products remain yours. Figma, Framer and other third-party names and logos belong to their owners, and Blink UI isn't affiliated with or endorsed by them.
Third-party tools
The plugins depend on Figma, Framer and Lemon Squeezy. We don't control those services, and changes on their side can affect how the plugins work.
Ending your license
If you break these terms or the license, we can revoke your key. A refunded purchase ends the license for that purchase. See the refund policy.
No warranty
Blink UI is provided as is, without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. We don't promise that it will be uninterrupted or error free, or that it suits a particular purpose. You are responsible for checking your finished work, including its accessibility and legal compliance.
Limit of liability
To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for your license. Nothing here removes rights you have under consumer law that can't be excluded.
Changes
We may update these terms. When we do, we change the date at the top, and the new terms apply from then on.
